The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance on the day after the payment order to the remitting bank or for other payments on the day to run after the conclusion and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. Falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday delivery nationally recognized, the last day of the period, as occurs, the next business day at the place of such a day.
The deadline for the delivery is divided into the term of the bank (instructions to receipt), the processing time of the supplier and the delivery of the goods by the carrier. Please note that there are country-specific deviations!
If you do not receive the goods within 1 week, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. In the case of very large orders, any delays will be communicated to you. We are not liable for the observance of delivery dates, unless we have confirmed this in writing.
If your order contains items that are subject to delays due to excessive demand, partial deliveries are inevitable for the customer. All items will be checked and packed carefully. If an item should arrive damaged, please send a confirmation of damage in the presence of the parcel carrier or refuse acceptance.
