Order

Each customer receives an order confirmation by email to a valid email address after purchase. If you have not received a confirmation, please log in to your account and check your details. If you can not log in, please contact us by phone or via the contact form.

Data from customers

When creating your customer account, you will be asked for address, phone number, date of birth and a valid email address.

The data will be used only for the execution of the contractual relationship.

Delivery time

Please consider here the time from the order, over the payment, the receipt of payment with us, the pure processing time or also production time by us and the transport time by the German post office AG.

Ring sizes / lengths chain / bracelet lengths

If you are not sure which ring size you have, you can order a ring gauge / multisizer from us. The ring gauge is used for coarse ring size determination.

For exact determination it is recommended to visit a jeweler. We strongly advise against using a printable template or measuring old rings with a ruler.

If your rings still do not fit, you can exchange ungravierte rings in the desired sizes. Engraved goods are excluded from redemption and exchange. In this case, you can buy new rings at half price.

You can determine the length of your chain with a tape measure. You can also use a band that you can measure later.

Your bracelet length or the circumference of your wrist can and may be determined with a tape measure. Please keep in mind that the bracelet should not be too tight, so expect 1-2 cm.

Returns / Exchanges / refunds

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer or clearly on the personal needs of the consumer are tailored.

Please note that for worn items that show signs of wear and tear, you must pay for any loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

If you wish to exchange a reinsured shipping, additional shipping costs may apply.

As soon as your return has been received by us and has been checked, we will refund the purchase amount incl. Shipping.

The postage of the return is borne by the customer / buyer.

Shipping

The shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart. Shipping is in principle with Deutsche Post AG or another reliable transport company of our / your choice.

The dispatch takes place exclusively after receipt of money.

All items (except packages for Packstation and goods with a value of less than 20 €) will be sent as a registered or tracking package. Each customer receives a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking number to a valid email address.

Payment

• Advance payment / bank transfer

In advance / bank transfer, the customer decides when he pays. The transfer takes up to 4 business days, depending on the bank.
If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped immediately after receipt.

• Paypal / Paypal Plus

The customer can still pay during the checkout process. As soon as PayPal has released the transaction, a direct shipment takes place, provided the goods are in stock.
Prerequisite for payment via PayPal -> You must have or set up a PayPal account. Please keep in mind that the activation of a newly created PayPal account may take several days. PayPal is one of the safest payment methods and you enjoy buyer protection through PayPal.
Please make sure that the specified delivery address in the webshop agrees with the delivery address stated at PayPal.

Prerequisite for payment by credit card, direct debit or purchase on account -> this is a service of PayPal and does not require a PayPal account. PayPal, however, performs a credit check.

ZAMAK is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. It contains no nickel and is absolutely skin friendly.
