Silver / 925 silver - the jewelry we offer consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals such as silver. Copper. This makes the jewelry harder compared to pure silver and it runs less. 925 silver is also called sterling silver, which is derived from the early English silver pennies called "sterlings". Their coin metal was made of a 925 silver alloy.

Surface treatment of our jewelry
Silver plating - a coating of silver on solid objects is created. For jewelry, it is used for decorative reasons.
Gilding / Color Gilding - thin, relatively hard gold coating applied for decorative purposes. The shades range from light yellow to red and they can be applied to all precious metals.
Rhodium plating - tarnish protection for silver, which is applied as a galvanic coating on the jewelry. The rhodium layer is bright white, has a nice shine and is very hard. The durability of rhodium plating strongly depends on the use of rhodium plated jewelry.
Ruthenation - noble and durable black coloration for precious metals, very similar to black rhodium plating, but slightly darker and harder. Is applied as a galvanic coating on the jewelry.
